Welcome to the home of Hausderberg Rottweilers. Throughout the website we will be showing the progression of several generations of Hausderberg bred Rottweilers . We have been actively involved in the training, showing, breeding and the overall promotion of the Rottweiler breed since 1974. As Rottweiler breeders, we participate in German style sieger shows to demonstrate that our dogs posses the “correct breed type”. We do not breed to be “fashionable” or to produce what is winning in a particular show venue that year. We feel there is simply no compromise for “correct breed type”. We strive to produce Rottweilers that are beautiful, intelligent, and powerful.

OUR ROTTWEILER BLOODLINES

Our Rottweiler breeding program is based on ALL-GERMAN bloodlines. Before being added to the program, all dogs are thoroughly researched and tested to ensure we are adding and breeding only the very best Rottweilers. Hausderberg is known for its highly recognizable genetics, which reflect proven quality and most importantly the ability to reproduce that quality in all offspring.

OUR GOALS

Correct Breed Type Our breeding program focuses on temperament, type and athletic ability. The “type” we strive for is a powerful compact dog, with substance and strong bone, combined with a beautiful strong head, short blocky muzzle and rich mahogany markings.
To maintain the “reproducibility” of our line of Rottweilers, we linebreed using time tested breeding patterns. Through our linebreedings we have created a solid “motherline” and are committed to preserving it. The purpose of linebreeding in our kennel is to bring about breed improvement and to get the best that is possible out of our breedings. Our goal is to improve the quality and character of our Rottweilers with every generation, we are not here just to sell puppies!!

OUR ROTTWEILER PUPPIES

When buying a Hausderberg Rottweiler you are buying more then a puppy, you are buying “proper nutrition” and “foundation”. This foundation starts before your puppy is born. We have spent years researching our bloodlines and selecting our breeding stock. No expenses are spared in the care of our Rottweilers.

Once born, all of our Rottweiler puppies are imprinted and handled extensively. Puppies that receive this much daily handling and care grow up with advantages that last a lifetime. They are calm when exposed to new activities and experiences and they trust their human counterparts. Dogs that are comfortable in their own bodies will be comfortable in their minds. Our breeding program is possible because we have years of experience and knowledge raising puppies this way. When you buy a Hausderberg Born and Bred Puppy, you are getting the entire package... from our carefully researched bloodlines to the most complete healthcare and handling. “WHY?” you may ask, do you put forth all this time and effort? Because we love our dogs and the Rottweiler is such a special breed, they deserve nothing less. A beautiful happy, healthy, confident Rottweiler means that their family will be.
